Is there a deadline to claim the prize?

Yes, the Winner has 7-days from being notified to claim their prize. The prize is valid for 12 months from competition closing date.

The draw to determine the Winner will take place on 9th December at Frontier Pets Pty Ltd, 1173 Kingsford Smith Drive Pinkenba QLD 4008 at 10am AEDT.

The Winner will be notified by email and by phone within 7 days of the end of 9th December 2024.

The Winner must respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified of being a winner, in order to claim the Prize. 

The prize is valid to be redeemed for 12 months from competition closing date.

How will the winner be selected and notified?

This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will have an equal chance of winning.  

The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period (Winner). 

The draw to determine the Winner will take place on 9th December at Frontier Pets Pty Ltd, 1173 Kingsford Smith Drive Pinkenba QLD 4008 at 10am AEDT. 

We reserve the right to draw a second and third name at the time of the prize draw and record those names. If the first drawn Winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of being notified, the second drawn Winner will be contacted.

Winner notification and verification 

The Winner will be notified by [email using the email address provided in the winner’s Entry and by phone using the mobile number provided in the winner’s Entry within [7 days] of the end of the Promotion Period; and published on the Promoter’s website at https://frontierpets.com.au/pages/ovolo-giveaway within 7 days of the Winner being notified for a minimum of 28 days. 

The Winner must respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified of being a winner,  in order to claim the Prize.

Promoter

The promoter of the Frontier Pets - Competition to Win $200 Pet Food & a VIPooch Accommodation Package at Ovolo Hotels (Promotion) is Frontier Pets Pty Ltd ABN 67 153 986 117, 1173 Kingsford Smith Drive, Pinkenba QLD 4008 (Promoter).

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions (Terms). By entering into the Competition to Win $200 Pet Food & a VIPooch Accommodation Package at Ovolo Hotels, you acknowledge having read and understood these Terms and that your entry is deemed as acceptance of these Terms.

1. Eligibility
1.1 The Promotion is open to all residents of Australia who are 18 years or older (Entrants).
1.2 Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, or associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

2. Promotion Period
2.1 The Promotion commences on Tuesday, 12th November 2024, at 9:00 am AEDT and ends on Sunday, 8th December 2024, at 11:59 pm AEDT. Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be valid.

3. How to Enter the Promotion
3.1 This is a game of chance, and skill plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry has an equal chance of winning.
3.2 To enter, Entrants must:
Complete the survey form on the Promoter’s website at https://frontierpets.com.au/pages/ovolo-giveaway, including a valid email address (Entry).
3.3 Each Entrant may submit only one entry.
3.4 Any attempt to use automated or unfair methods to gain entries will result in disqualification.
3.5 The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries.

4. Prize Details
4.1 There is one prize (Prize) to be won.
4.2 The Prize is non-transferable, with no cash alternative.
4.3 Prize value is estimated at RRP$570-$830 (including GST) and includes:
A $200 digital voucher for Frontier Pets pet food and treats, redeemable online within 12 months.
A one-night stay in a V.I.Pooch room at an Ovolo Hotel in Australia (Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane), accommodating 2 people and up to 2 pets. VIPooch Package amenities include pet food, mat, bowls, dog bed, and plush toy.
4.4 Prize does not cover travel to and from the Ovolo Hotel. The winner must make their own arrangements.

4.6 The Prize must be redeemed within one year, by 8th December 2025.
4.7 Prizes are subject to availability, and the Promoter may substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.
4.8 The Prize must be taken as described. No compensation will be payable if the winner cannot use the Prize.

5.1 The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.
5.2 The draw will take place on 9th December 2024 at Frontier Pets Pty Ltd, Pinkenba QLD 4008, at 10 am AEDT.
5.3 The Promoter may draw additional names if the first drawn winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize.
