Promoter

The promoter of the Frontier Pets - Competition to Win $200 Pet Food & a VIPooch Accommodation Package at Ovolo Hotels (Promotion) is Frontier Pets Pty Ltd ABN 67 153 986 117, 1173 Kingsford Smith Drive, Pinkenba QLD 4008 (Promoter).

Acknowledgement

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions (Terms). By entering into the Competition to Win $200 Pet Food & a VIPooch Accommodation Package at Ovolo Hotels, you acknowledge having read and understood these Terms and that your entry is deemed as acceptance of these Terms.

1.1 The Promotion is open to all residents of Australia who are 18 years or older (Entrants).
1.2 Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, or associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

2.1 The Promotion commences on Tuesday, 12th November 2024, at 9:00 am AEDT and ends on Sunday, 8th December 2024, at 11:59 pm AEDT. Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be valid.

3.1 This is a game of chance, and skill plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry has an equal chance of winning.
3.2 To enter, Entrants must:
- Complete the survey form on the Promoter’s website at https://frontierpets.com.au/pages/ovolo-giveaway, including a valid email address (Entry).
3.3 Each Entrant may submit only one entry.
3.4 Any attempt to use automated or unfair methods to gain entries will result in disqualification.
3.5 The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries.

4.1 There is one prize (Prize) to be won.
4.2 The Prize is non-transferable, with no cash alternative.
4.3 Prize value is estimated at RRP$570-$830 (including GST) and includes:
1. A $200 digital voucher for Frontier Pets pet food and treats, redeemable online within 12 months.
2. A one-night stay in a V.I.Pooch room at an Ovolo Hotel in Australia (Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane), accommodating 2 people and up to 2 pets. VIPooch Package amenities include pet food, mat & bowls, dog bed, and plush toy.
4.4 Prize does not cover travel to and from the Ovolo Hotel. The winner must make their own arrangements.

4.6 The Prize must be redeemed within one year, by 8th December 2025.
4.7 Prizes are subject to availability, and the Promoter may substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.
4.8 The Prize must be taken as described. No compensation will be payable if the winner cannot use the Prize.

5.1 The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.
5.2 The draw will take place on 9th December 2024 at Frontier Pets Pty Ltd, Pinkenba QLD 4008, at 10 am AEDT.
5.3 The Promoter may draw additional names if the first drawn winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize.

6.1 The winner will be notified by email and phone within 7 days of the end of the Promotion Period and published on the Promoter’s website for a minimum of 28 days.
6.2 The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the Prize.
6.3 The winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility, identity, and residence.
6.4 Entrants are responsible for notifying the Promoter of any contact detail changes.

7.1 The Promotion is not affiliated, sponsored, or endorsed by Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platforms.

8.1 All entries become the property of the Promoter.
8.2 By entering, Entrants agree to the Promoter’s privacy policy and consent to the use of personal information for the Promotion’s administration and marketing.
8.3 The Promoter will only share Entrant details per its privacy policy and legal requirements.

9.1 The Promoter excludes liability for any loss or damage arising in any way out of the Promotion, except as required by law.
9.2 These Terms do not exclude statutory provisions under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
9.3 Any decision of the Promoter is final and binding.

General Terms

9.4 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms or cancel the Promotion, complying with applicable regulations.
9.5 If the Promotion cannot run as planned due to technical issues or other factors, the Promoter may cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion.
9.6 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
