How do I set up a subscription and what are the benefits?

To set up a subscription, simply click on the "Subscribe & Save" option when purchasing your desired product, select your preferred delivery frequency ranging from 2 weeks to 8 weeks, and proceed to checkout to enjoy a 10% discount on your subscribed items.

What are other subscribers benefits?

For existing subscribers, please access your account by entering your email address and signing in.

You can manage your subscription, add product to your next order, edit your payment method and address if you need to.

What is the shelf life of Frontier dog food, unopened and opened?

Frontier Pets food boasts an impressive shelf life! Unopened bags stay fresh for up to 2 years thanks to a clever freeze-drying process that removes most of the moisture, creating an inhospitable environment for bacteria growth. This makes it a convenient option for pet owners to be able to feed raw.

Once you open the bag, maintain freshness by keeping it in it's original packaging (seal after each use) where it will last up to 3 months.

Does my subscription take into account my pet’s special dietary requirements and allergies?

You have the free reign to select the product and protein of your choice.

If your dog has a medical condition, allergies or special dietary concerns, you can check the common health issues reviewed by Dr Cornack in relation to Frontier Pets products.

For most ailments, Frontier Pet food actually has multiple health benefits.  If in doubt, please check with your vet first.

Are there sizes or different packages available?

Yes, the Frontier Pets subscription inclusions are fully flexible.

You are free to choose one or any combination of products you want to purchase for the auto pet food delivery service that comes with your subscription.

You may opt for the combo pack that features many types of free-range meats or create your own based on your dog’s and cat's preferences and nutritional requirements.

How long before the order can I make changes to it?

You can make changes to your order up to 72 hours prior to payment.

If you try to modify your order beyond this timeframe, it may only be reflected in your next order.

When and where do you deliver to?

Unlike many pets food subscription that only delivers on a certain day, Frontier Pet food can be delivered to anywhere in Australia, once you place an order and on the day of your subscription is schedule.

We empty your pet food fresh from the freeze drier, into our packaging bags and deliver directly to your door. We are the best raw and fresh pet food delivery in Australia.

Can I still buy Frontier Pets products without a subscription?

Yes, you can certainly shop at Frontier Pets for pet food and pet treats without a pet food subscription.

However, with a Frontier Pets subscription, you’ll have access to certain perks and special offers not available to customers without a subscription.

Can I customise which products are included in my subscription?

Yes, you can specify which Frontier Pets products you want to include in your subscription. All you have to do is simply log into your account. Once you have access to your account, you can change, add, remove items or skip/delay your membership delivery. It’s as easy as that!

How do I transition my pet onto Frontier Pets Food?

Raw food is digested differently to processed food. If your Dog/Cat/Puppy is new to raw feeding, they may need transition gradually. As guide, start by substituting 20% Frontier Pets in their usual diet. Every 2-4 days increase the amount of Frontier Pets by 20% until you are feeding 100% raw. This is a guide only as every Dog/Cat/Puppy is different and may transition at a different pace.
