Shipping Policy

Christmas Cut-Off 

We want to ensure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas!

  • Standard Shipping: The cut-off date has now passed (13th December).
  • Express Shipping: To ensure pre-Christmas delivery, place your orders before 19th December at checkout. Please note, courier delays may occur during this busy season.

State-Specific Cut-Off Dates:

  • New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, and South Australia: Express orders close on 19th December.
  • Western Australia: Cut-off is 17th December.
  • Tasmania: Cut-off is 18th December.
  • Australian Capital Territory and Northern Territory: Cut-off is 17th December.

Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of order receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders received before 10 AM AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) are usually processed on the same day, however processing times may vary during periods of high demand.

We work with Australia Post and its partner network to get your orders out to you in a timely manner.

Free standard shipping is offered on all orders over $100 AUD (Australian Dollars). For all orders under $100 AUD, our flat rate for standard shipping is $10.

 

Express Shipping 

We offer customers the option to choose express shipping. The below table outlines estimated delivery times (by state) for this service, please account for additional days if you reside in a rural location.

If you require your order immediately, this can be arranged with a fixed-price premium service to travel via air freight. Depending on your location and purchase weight you will be looking at upwards of $100 for this service. Please call our office on 02 6682 4163 to arrange a quote.  

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can also log in to track your order.

If you haven’t received your order, within 2 weeks (Australia Post) or estimated delivery time for Star Track please contact us at customercare@frontierpets.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
